Clearwater and St. Petersburg area

greetings: suddenly retired male and cruisers forum member wanting to get out on the water while looking for the next boat. would like to learn sailing characteristics of boats in the 34 to 38 foot range while providing the crew or companion you might need for sailing the gulf coast or intracoastal waters. short trips or day sailing works best for me. plenty of experience with the operation and maintenance of sailboats. thanks

Re: Clearwater and St. Petersburg area

Greetings. I am in Largo and would like to do some day sailing. My boat is larger than you specified -- she is an Irwin 41 -- but if you're interested, please email your phone number and I'll call you. My email: k.walker007athotmail.com. Thanks.

Re: Clearwater and St. Petersburg area

If you don't mind the flight to the Chesapeake, I have a Condor-40 tri I solo sail and always welcome crew to help. Could be for a week or more to make the trip worth it. I have a USCG captains license and this could be an opportunity for you to experience a multihull in your quest for a boat of your own. chrislaletin@mac.com
