Crew Wanted: BVI to La Paz

I'm looking for crew for a delivery from Tortola , BVI , to La Paz , Mexico.
The boat should be ready by the 21st December so we will be possibly spending Christmas and New Year at sea.
Tortola-Panama-Nicaragua and a couple of stops in Mexico. LA PAz isin Baja California Sur , I hope to be done by early February.
It's a new Oceanis 43.
