Crew Available: Boat sitting & Caretaking

We're semi-retired (in our mid-50s) and looking for a boat sitting/property caretaking position anywhere warm. We're happy to just sit on your boat and keep it safe for you or help out anyhow.

Our wish list would be: Baja California South, South Asia or Pacific.

We are a married British couple, now living in New Zealand.

My husband is an ex-Royal Navy Officer (UK). He is an experienced sailor, I'm the lackey. We have owned our own sailing boats for many years- currently own a 26 foot sailer trailer on a lake here in NZ.

Our boat sits in Guatemala at a very nice marina for 6 months per year. It costs $180 and another $40 for cleaning per month. I would rent it out for the $180.

Which months is it available for in 2016 and 2017?
