Baabs, welcome to the forum .
Good luck in your search.

LOL....It is goofy and whimsical. Actually this person could be fun to sail with if she doesn't mutiny. I put her on my friends list.
Did I forget to tell the forum I love to deliver and sail catamarans? I do! Anyone?

This is an amazing reinterpretation of the OP's thread It was clear to me from the get-go that the OP was female (not sure why the men are so confused about that), but I really thought she was looking for a mate for her own boat in Gruissan. It might be most helpful if she would post in French (with correct spelling) and then everyone else can send it through the Google translator....

I was waiting for her to contradict me and clarify .

OK, take 2 for the translation:
Baabs is looking for a skipper for her gorgeous 50 foot B Yacht.
She loves croissants, has a chef who makes them each morning and is happy to teach you how to enjoy breakfasts of croissants and coffee as well.

She is French, single, newly divorced and her boat is in Gruissan. Sensibly, she is not willing to post photos of herself, but she may post a photo of the type of croissants that will be served.

OK, anyone taking bets?

PS Boatie do you prefer this version?

Re: Boat and croissantss

I think Lewis Carroll said it best:

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand;
Long time the manxome foe he sought –
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.

"And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!"
He chortled in his joy.

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe

Re: Boat and croissantss

This thread did get me to wondering how I am to provide my crew and self with croissants at sea if not by taking on a french female chef. Perhaps for the next passage I will stock the freezer with some of those thaw-and-proof-overnight croissants. I know they're not as good as the real, fresh thing, but they're probably better for my marriage.
