Bahamas to Florida

I will be taking my Morgan512 from the Abacos (Bahamas) to West Palm Beach early in January. Very experienced sailor and willing to teach. Should take about three days but because of weather could be longer. Suit someone who has time on their hands. I have numerous licenses including NZ Ocean Yachtmaster and the equivalent in the British system.

This could suit someone who wants a small taste of the ocean or just to get away for a few days and learn sailing.

Re: Bahamas to Florida

Hello,
I am very interested in possibly joining you on this trip. I can be available the first week in January and must return home on or about the 10th to prepare for an overseas trip. Please let me know what my expenses will be.

Regards,

Joe

Joe.

Because of the vagaries of weather etc and you having to be back by a certain date, this one might not be for you. I cannot guarantee that you will be back by the 10th.

Re: Bahamas to Florida

Hi,

I am interested in joining you on your trip. Grew up sail racing on lakes and have very limited blue water experience but know my way around a sailboat. 25 years old, and in good shape. Looking to learn. I am a mechanical engineer and I pick things up fast. I could get down there at the drop of a hat but I probably can't be away for more than 10-12 days at a time (work). How many crew are you looking for, 2 of us are trying to get experience.

Thank you,

Matt
