Hi,
I don't know how successful this will be but I thought I'd try. My girlfriend and I have 2/22/13-3/9/13 off of
work and are exploring possible sailing opportunities. We're both fun, outgoing, athletic, 29 y/o, hard working, US-Based doctors used to pulling overnight shifts and working well in teams. I've been on a couple multi-day sailing trips as a passenger but neither of us have any real experience
crewing so we'd need instruction. We're fast learners and enthusiastic about trying new things. We were initially looking at the Caribbean/central america/south america with stops for snorkeling and possibly time in port but we're flexible if the opportunity is right. I've backpacked on a shoestring a lot and I'm used to cramped quarters and packing lite.
If you have any suggestions about how I should go about exploring options or know of any opportunities, I'd love to hear them.
