Crew Wanted: 2 Exp Sailors for Nov. Mass to USVIs

Looking for a few experienced folks who would like a free one way passage from The Cape in Mass to the USVIs in November. Will be sailing a 1981 Ericson 38'. Must have experience with water sailing">blue water sailing. All expenses on trip will be paid, return flight is up to you. We are not highly experienced sailors, buying first boat, but have read all the books, just need help with putting it all into practice. Will be willing to pay for return flight home for the right person. Females preferred....grew up with a bunch of older sisters and find it easier to learn and take direction from them. I'm not female but I have two sisters as well, teach sailing and have a girl friend that would be interested in coming as well, so I could have her teach you everything.
I can send a resume but in short, I've been sailing for over 20 yrs, racing for over 10 and teaching for 3 yrs. I've chartered on the Chesapeake, the Bay of Islands and Marlborough Sounds in New Zealand and done transports from NYC to the Chesapeake. I was watch Capt on an Outbound44 in last year's Bermuda Ocean Race. I've also hiked GA to ME on the Appalachian Trail.
