Because they are great low wind cruisers - becasue they are very light! I think it is recommended that they dont go out in above a Force 4. A big Atlantic wave landing on one would break it in half.

Have you taken one accross the Atlantic???? Does Macregor know of one that has done the crossing???

I think your geting your boats confused...
Atolls boat is NOT a water ballasted big OB Macgregor...
its a MacWester.. a whole different boat
