Searching Craigslist, I found this, which might be of interest to someone here. Appears to be about all you'd need for a repower with a brand new motor.

I'm in Texas and have no connection to them, I think it's a west coast deal. Looks like exactly what I have in my 40 Cheoy Lee midshipman.

Thats a great deal. I paid about $9000 for one at Minnies in Costa Mesa last year.New ones are about $12000. Mine had an old panel and 18hrs on it.

Wow! I thought I had the lowest time 3JH3E in the world at 52 hrs. I bought mine new in the year 2000 and paid $6000.

I'd love to have a spare engine but at my current use rate I will not need it for another thousand years or so .
