is engine still available? raw or fresh water cooled? original manufactered year

I have 34' catamaran w/ 2hm35's Starboard one rebuilt 4 yrs. ago and is ok.
port engine just removed for rebuild and been told not worth it. I have sd30 sail drives. it will need to mate up to that. any info appreciated.pics if possible
