Vintage Maximum Barometer
Early "Proteus"-style, three-scale Maximum aneroid barometer. Displays inches mercury (27.5"-31.5"), millimeters mercury, and kilopascals (93.2-106.7). Face diameter 5-1/4" (with cut-away). Overall diameter 6-1/2". Made in France. Approximate purchase date 1979-80. Brass case dulled, oxidized with a hairline crack. Extremely accurate to our two other barometers. Precision instrument suitable for older/classic interior. $125 plus shipping.
