Hello James. I have an Italian life raft which is about 20 yrs old and was last repacked and checked in 2005. It came off of my catamaran . I do not plan on using a raft on the cat so I'm selling it for 300 us It is an. EV diporto compact. I have Picts on my iPhone so I can text the Picts to you. Dunno what kind of paint you are looking for..if it's just enamel and such, try looking up habitat for humanities Re-store in your area...Marine epoxy..bit different...for antifouling..talk to the guys in the local boatyards who paint bottoms...very often they will save the remnants of jobs...at any rate, a well placed case of beer in a boatyard or shipyard can often open many doors...coffee too!

For the tools..hit craigslist..EVERYTHING is on craigslist..'s where I found me boat, mate! Faiing that..local hock shops and flea markets...everything can be had cheaper if you have time to look...

My liferaft is not for sale,it is on a mono , but I don't intend to use it either.
