Used 45 lb anchor

My first choice would be a Manson Supreme, but I might be interested in a Bruce or CQR.

I've got a genuine CQR 45 pound anchor available. I'm located on Long Island, NY. Excellent condition. Asking $550

$550 for an old CQR, you can get a brand new Manson Surpreme 45# from Defender for $473

Yes, see Don Lucas' post. I'm not going to pay more than $473 for any used anchor.

I've been keeping my eye on deals for a new anchor myself. You may be interested in the Defender 1st deal going on this week through Active Captain:

Manson Supreme Anchor - Galvanized
35 lbs, for boats 35-40 feet: $299.99 (Regularly: $379.99)
45 lbs, for boats 40-45 feet: $392.99 (Regularly: $472.99)
60 lbs, for boats 45-55 feet: $574.99 (Regularly: $654.99)

Special ends: May 1, 2012

Get the special discount code and learn more at:
http://www.defender.com/activecaptain.jsp

$380 for a 45 lb MS is the best price I've seen. I wonder if WM would price match with a store pickup to avoid shipping charges?

Is it a genuine Simpson Lawrence or a copy (I'm told the patent expired). Condition? I'm interested.
