Not to flood the scene with engines, but we have just repowered our boat with a Beta Marine and have a lovely freshwater cooled 2 cylinder direct replacement for the atomic four engine. When I say direct I mean direct footprint and length. Not for the V-drive versions even though our cal 2-30 had this set up originally from the factory. Owners manual, parts manual, two injectors, zincs, and impellers. An added nicety is the front adaptor for refer compressor or second alternator is included. The engine is in great shape originally installed by the owners of the Water Maker Store. It was their boat and we bought her three years ago and just felt that it was a little under powered with the stern extension and cruising gear. Also we have the Balmar alternator off and are selling it seperatly for $400.00
