Tartan 41 Sailboat 1974 Good Condition

Roomy classic sailboat, sleeps 6 comfortably. Well maintained by presitigious shipyard in Mill Neck. Vessel is in estate and must be sold. Hull is excellent, Solidly built, galley, lots of storage below.

1974 TARTAN 41' SAILBOAT - Built by Tartan Marine and designed by Sparkman & Stephens.
Beautifully maintained, well built, solid glass hull with a cored deck. She is on the hard in Oyster Bay, New York.
Classic layout with an open aft cabin. This vessel has been yard maintained by a prestigious shipyard/yacht club
in Oyster Bay, New York.

Displacement: 17,850
Ballast: 9,200
Engine: Yanmar Diesel, 54 hp, 4 cylinder, Model RCD-4JH4X1
Keel: Fin
Huil: Fiberglass
Accommodations:
Classic layout w open aft cabin. Spacious and well designed. To port of the companionway is
an l-shaped galley w 4 burner stainless steel propane stove and oven, double stainless steel sink,
ice box and storage throughout. To starboard there is a forward facing navigation station with
shelving, storage and a wide and deep chart table.
Aft cabin has built in bunks port and starboard. Great head room. Amiidships classic main-cabin layout; over
under bunks on both sides, and a folding table. In the bow forward cabin there is built in v-berths. Cabin
can accommodate storage of sails, if required.
The head is to port (between the two cabins), drawers and hanging locker to starboard. There is an enclosed
head with shower and a sink.
Electronics: Raytheon Autopilot/Autohelm Series, Silva Nexus Wind Indicator, Ritchie pedestal mounted compass,
Raytheon Loran Model #508, Standard Communications VHF radio, Raytheon NAV 398 GPS;/Loran and Weems &
Plath Made in France, Brass clock and barometer.
Sails/Rigging: Equipped with a full suit of sails, keel stepped mast, roller furling, and barient self-tailing winches -
two speed Model #21-33 and Barient #32 primaries.
Gel coat and hull in very good condition. She was in the water last season.
