Steel Sailboat - 35 feet

The boat is located is Vancouver, BC - Canada

Length: 35 feet or 10.90 m / Width: 11 feet or 3.50 m / Draft: 6 feet or 1.80m

Weight: 9 tons / Mast height: 48 feet or 15 m

Sloop, build by "Destrier" professional boatyard in France. Commissioned by present owner. Reinforced hull made of steel.
Hot galvanized internal and external hull. Coated with primer painting + bi-components epoxy painting and polyurethane lake (last work in boatyard executed in 2007).
The boat is fully insolated with a 5 cm extruded PVC slab plus PVC wainscoting or wood.
Diesel Engine Yanmar 25 hp.
Diesel tank 250 litres in the keel + extra 40 litres tank as a reserve.
Inox tank for fresh water (2 x 250 litres).

2 double cabins + transforming wardroom for 2 persons + 1 berth + chart house.
Fridge: Indel / stove:Enoforce 10 with oven (bought in 2010) / Toilets: Lavac / Heater: Eberspächer DL4
GPS Furuno GP 30 (2005) + 1 portable GPS Magellan 2000.
VHF Uniden Solara DCS (2008) / Sony Radio ICF-SW (2007).
Sextant Freiberger + Sextant Plastimo.
Depthsounder Raymarine ST40 (2007) / Vion compass / Loch Nalta.

Northsails Genoa Profurl bought in 2007 (Dacron 370gr/square/m) of 55 sq/m
Main sail with 3 reefs Loize (Dacron 370 gr/m2) of 35 sq/m / Storm Jib Loize.
Rigging (Acmo) stay in 10, shroud & back-stay in 8, pataras in 8.
Winchs self tailing for genoa / Boom brake Walder / Atoms speed regulator.
Electric windlass tigre 1000 watts.

Windgenerator Air X Marine 400 Watts (2005) / 2 solar panels
Electric board bi-polar 12Vdc with amps meters.
Battery coupler + loading distributor (2 entries & 3 exists without tension drop).
2 house batteries 120 amps + 1 battery for the engine 60 amps.
Inverter 12 V-220 V 150 watts (2007).

Anchors: 25 kgs CQR, 20 KG Brittany + Fortress FX37 + 55 metres of chain in 10 mm and 100 metres of cable in 18 mm + 20 metres of chain in 10 + several lines
6 man life raft class V Evinrude in container repacked in 2007
10 life jackets with harness.
Aluminium dinghy (optimist design).

Numerous nautical charts of Europe, Atlantic and Pacific.
