FYI I,beleive it is a Shipmate charcoal or wood burning fireplace.On a boat I,purchase yeard ago one came with it ,vey heavy.I,removed and sold.I,fired it up once did not like open fire on boat.Got a 100.00 Buck's.

I'm happy with mine. Folks say burn driftwood, coal, etc. but I tried all those and found if you depend on it for your main source if heat it doesn't live up to what you expected.

I use mine to take the chill off cool mornings. I keep 2 or 3 of those wax fireplace logs and saw them in half. No smoke, embers or odor. But I never go to bed with any trace of them still glowing.

Its great having a fire burning on a cool night!
