For Sale: Spinnaker and pole for Catalina 27, Force 10 S/S barbecue

My elderly father-in-law is downsizing his sailing gear and has a spinnaker and pole from a Catalina 27. Both are in good nick; the spinnaker has one small patch about 3"x3", that is properly done. His asking price is $400 CAD for the set. He also has a Force 10 S/S barbecue and mounting bracket, in very clean shape; asking $75. A manual anchor windlass will be offered later; we are still verifying the chain size on the wildcat. All of the gear is located on Gabriola Island (near Nanaimo, BC; Vancouver Island).
