Want to Rent: Searching to rent a boat to live on while in town

I am a professional that travels to Baltimore City a great deal and decided to get a apt. however would prefer to live on a boat vs on land. Would consider a rent to own and you keep boat at your marina and title in hand. Not looking to take boat out just to stay on it while in town. Have own many in the past and prefer the water vs land
