Seafrost refridgeration system

I have a complete working currently in use Seafrost refridgeration system, it is a 110ac, or option of engine drive. You can remove the entire engine drive portion and sell if not needed or wanted. The system, works perfectly with it removed. There is a holding plate in the freezer space (4 cu ft) and one in the Fridge (also 4 cu ft) will include all wiring, thermostat, control, compressor, and eng drive compressor, and all mounting hardware and engine control panel for eng drive system, Works great, Freezer at 28 and fridge at 32 on lowest possible setting, will cool a much larger space, and only ac compressor only runs about 45 min a day total. We are changing to a 12V only system. Will remove once new system arrives but can keep it in place a little longer if you want to see it in action.

Re: Seafrost refridgeration system

I believe it is the Seafrost BG1000 110ac with Engine Driven option. The engine set up was on a Westerbeke 44a4 the brackets appear to be very adjustable. I am told that the Engine only needs run about 30 min a day to maintain frozen/ Freezing plates. The Freezer plate is roughly 2x the size of the Fridge plate. We have never used the Engine drive system only the 110, and it works great.
Negotiable on price !!

Re: Seafrost refridgeration system

This unit is still available . I want to make it cllear that I have no clue if the eng drive unit works also I may not be able to remove the long lines going from the engine mount compressor to the plates just in case they are fastened in areas i cannot reach. If still interested let me know. 110ac side works fabulous

Re: Seafrost refridgeration system

The eng driven side is separate from the 110 side meaning it canbe disconnected and the 110 side work fine , not sure if this is what you mean by dual circuit. You or I can uninstall , The eng compressor is currently demounted but lines still hooked up. We can be sure no dirt will get into the system and it is a 2001 unit. We have all manuals for it, please let me know.
