hi i'm wondering if anyone knows of someone willing to sell a sailboat on time with say 10%down and payments of around 350 a month it can need tlc but not a total refit
must be between 27 and 35 ft

check out craigslist marathon boats. someone is selling a bunch of sailboats on time. Most include liveaboard slip with boat cost.

Those boats are 'rent to own' and have been rented out as vacation style hotel/boats for years prior. They are crap. (er, excuse me "projects")

If you can afford $350 a month, just get a loan?
