These Raymarine ST4000+ control heads seem to be in great demand. They have been selling for $500-$600 on ebay recently. The last two sold for $575 and $600. You might want to check ebay if you don't have any luck here.

Thanks. Yes, I saw it on eBay. I just can't shell out this amount of money right now, so I'm trying to find a better deal if I can.

I believe you can still have them recon'd by ray marine for less than that. I've gotten some crazy prices for stuff on eBay. You never know.

I'd be keen to also buy a 4000 tiller pilot if anyone has one.

I'll try to fix my old AH4000. But i was thinking it would be nice to make an upgrade with ST4000+ head and separate compass.
