Selling a 6 quart pressure cooker along with two cookbooks..
The pressure cooker has been used only once, and is still in NEW
condition.
We normally carried two
cookers, a 10 quart and the 6 quart.. and we're taking the 10 quart with us as its the one used most often.
If you've never used a pressure cooker on board, your missing something as the flavor of the
food is far greater and
cooking time is far less.
The cookbooks offered with the cooker are
"The Cruising
Chef Cookbook" (second edition)
and "Pressure
Cooking - The Easy Way"
also included is the
cookbook from "Fagor Pressure cookers"
and the pressure cooking manual...
