I am not sure about the year. Probably about 5 years old. I am the second owner.
We are asking $950.

Yes. The cheapest ground shipping is probably about $65-$85 but I am not sure. If you are interested, PM me so I can get a quote from my house to yours.

Re: PortaBote 12' Folding Dinghy
Am I correct in assuming the seller has only joined the forum for the purposes of selling this one boat?

No! I have been an avid reader of the forum for a number of years. However, I do not post often on any forums.

Re: PortaBote 12' Folding Dinghy
Just a question. You joined this month and your total post count is in this one thread. I don't really care. I was considering the realities of me trying to buy a used PB in the USA and getting it sent to the Miami area to Tropical or G&G (Dania) to get it down here. I was thinking of the whole payment thing, and realizing my limitations living in a foreign country. Sending money to strangers, etc. Don't take it personally. Some of the people on this forum...I feel like I've known them for years. Well, actually, I have.

Re: PortaBote 12' Folding Dinghy
This issue comes up whether I am posting every day or every decade. There are plenty of on-line escrow services that make the transaction secure for both parties.

Re: PortaBote 12' Folding Dinghy
Doesn't bother me that he's only posted one time. He has an item to sell, and if it benefits someone that has 1 or 3000 posts it's a good thing in my mind.
