I have a 35 Pearson 3'10" draft Dutchman Flaking main, full cockpit enclosure, 27 hp Yanmar diesel, 2000w Inverter, 100 amp alternator w/smart regulator, 400 amp house battery bank, microwave, supercold machine frig.,flat screen tv, autopilot, VHF, stero with cd changer, windlass, 33lb Bruce anchor 100ft chain w/250ft 5/8 rode. 25K Panama City, FL

Sorry Kenny, my mind was too full of coffee to read the price. She must have typed it too slow because I can't read fast enough.
