Want to Rent: One bedroom apartment, furnished

Does anyone in the Greater Toronto Area, York Region, Durham Region who goes South this Winter want to rent a part of their house until early April when we launch our boat again? All we need is a bedroom (we can bring our own bed), bathroom, kitchen and parking for two cars. We can make your house look lived in by cleaning the snow and emptying the mailbox so bad guys will not ruin your holidays. We are good, responsible people in our mid 50's, happily married for 35 years, who do not smoke, do not drink and do not have pets.
