I agree, having electric service at the push of a button is very nice when away from your slip. Large battery banks are good but they still need to be charged. Good luck what ever you decide. Do a little shopping for one like it then put a price on it.

Why do you wanna sell it? Are there 2 A/C genset's on the new boat? If its allready installed, keep it. Later when you realize you need more power, won't it cost $10,000 to get and install a new one. It's always nice to be able to fire up a power tool/small welder/table saw away from the marina.
