This is a new engine that has been in storage.

Shipping is not included.

Located in Southern CA.

Hello. I have one of these. Does yours shift hard / stiff? Is this NEW or REBUILT? Can I pay you for a copy of the manual? I might be interested in buying the engine but the price is a little steep for me.
