I've just finished a new book about surviving Traumatic Brain Injury and how rescuing, rebuilding and living aboard an old 60-ft. ketch helped heal my brain, body and soul. Early reports from readers say the writing and story are wonderful; of course I couldn't say that myself, since I wrote it

The name of the book? "Passage to Nirvana." The name of the boat? Nirvana. The story? About finding happiness in life, no matter what the odds, with sailing lending an important helping hand. In addition to brain injuries and sailing, the book has kids, dogs, Bahamian snakes--even a little s_x.
