Model FT915120, set up for waste with 2x90 degree 1 1/2" fittings, 1 5/8" FTPE 300 vent,1 1 1/2" FTP3254 straight fill. Tank measures 25"x27". This bladder has never been used and has never had anything but air in it. Retail for the bladder w/o fittings is $296.10. The fittings to make it waste ready was another $70.oo+/-.
