Re: Morgan 382

If I wanted to spend six months trying to sell her I could get $45K, but I don't want to waste my time or yours over $5500. I see 382s listed for $49500 and up that are not as good as this one but they have been on the marked for months. Also I do not have to pay a brokers fee as this is a for sale by owner and I am passing this savings on to the new owner. We just finished a 3000 plus cruise with her and she preformed fantastic. We plan to spend the next year cruising on land (OK, not as cool as cruising on water I know) and I don't want to let her sit. She needs activities LOL.

I'm not in the market, but she looks like a good deal as long as her engine passes a survey.

Beautiful vessel.....although I'm still 15 years from buying my retirement cruiser, I love looking at them. She's a gem waiting for a new lucky owner. Best of luck with the sale.

Re: Morgan 382

How long are you planning on holding out before listing or signing on with sales help? Your 382 is on the market a little too soon for my "plan". But, plans can change.

I have no plans to list it, but as you said, plans change. I belive that a good product at a good price will sale before a good product at a higher price. If you want to talk about your time line give me a call. Thanks.
