This 1977 Out Islander was first used as a training vessel for Florida scouts earning their sailing merit badges and since changing hands in August 2013, I’ve been aboard sailing the Keys. She’s a strong and sturdy vessel and ideal for a couple or single sailor looking to live the salt life aboard a classic Morgan while exploring the tropical seas from current mooring in Key West or further afield.

Beam: 11’11” Mast & boom: extruded aluminum, aluminum spinnaker pole
Draft 3’11” V berth with mid-ship saloon, aft berth, 2 side benches and galley
Engine overhauled (2013), new batteries (starter + 2 deep cycle), re-wired and regular maintenance records since 2013 purchase. Survey conducted in 2012 prior to purchase and complete ship's records on file, including replacement parts, maintenance and other records.

Nice boat! I am currently looking for a live aboard with a slip close-by. I have $9,000 cash and would easily be able to pay it off quickly.

"A Veteran of the Marine Corps and Coast Guard I am a single guy, recently retired looking for a small sailboat to live aboard and learn to sail. The ideal boat is 30-35'. I need the hull to be sound and livable from the start but I am a quick learner, quite handy and can fix almost anything myself. I hope to find a boat in a slip that is transferable. I prefer a boat that needs repair so I can become familiar with the systems. Location is not a big deal. I have $9,000 cash and I am open to owner terms."
