So, don't keep us in suspense -- what is the rental for this paragon of moorings (does sound pretty good) and what sort of anchor is at the end of the pendant?

Yes, it is a very special spot. Asking $600 per quarter and that includes the mooring maintenance and your davit, key to jetty/loo etc.
The parking spot we are on (just next to this one) has a few train wheels on it. Not exactly sure what is on this mooring but more than happy to dive down for you. I can also contact the servicing guys and see if they remember.
We would like to get the block serviced to suit who ever ends up on there this time. Loads of swing room. And is one of the closest to the jetty.
