I recently purchased a 303 Pearson over the winter and completely restored her. She is docked in Buzzards Bay, Ma. I have an itch to go bigger and cruise this winter.

I'm looking for a safe comfortable cruiser to sail over the 2011-2012 winter.

What I have to offer is some cash, a beautiful two bedroom condo in Ft Lauderdale/Pompano Beach area rent free for 2-3 years and or the Pearson and cash.

Realistically:

$20,000 cash
$25,000 Pearson
$20,000-$30,000 free rent in Florida
