Do you really need a swing keel or any kind of low draft sailboat will be ok for you?
I'm looking too for a boat which is able to beach easily and can sail in low water.

Asco, a low draft is fine as well. Let me know if you find any. Your english is as good as mine

I wonder if you have found your boat?

It seems to be not so easy to find a little boat near Sarasota, is this because of the area, is there a place around Florida West Coast where there are more little sailing boats to rent? (Tampa, Charlotte Harbor,...?)

Looks like I might have found something at Sara Bay Sailing. A Cto atalina 22, sounds very good to me and Capt Bill Brooker has replied to my email. Thanks to all for your help.
