Looking for flush deck pilot house cruiser around 40' - for 30-40k

Smaller than 40' is ok too, but should fit 4 big children and 2 regular children.

Any mention of names of boats like that would be appreciated too, as I don't really know what to plug into my google searches.

I am not aware that Tartan built a 41' pilot house sailboat.

Re: Looking for flush deck pilot house cruiser around 40' - for 30-40k

@robert sailor thank you, I will check out that boat.

@svquintana Thanks for the suggestions! Very useful

- There's another reason besides high freeboard for wanting a flush deck - most other boat decks are just too cluttered with stuff to find a single place to do Yoga together (or even alone).

- The pilot house seems important for cold and stormy weather..

- I should have been more clear, less joking about people requirements - the 2 kids can and will sleep with us in one Stateroom or in the Saloon or in berths, if space is too tight in the stateroom. And when we aren't sleeping, they can take their naps in that stateroom.

So only 2 staterooms are needed: One for the family, one for the skipper.

1 Skipper
1 Nanny
2 parents
2 children 6y and 2y

That's somewhat less than 6 ;-)

As long as we can haul enough food and water for many thousand miles...

Pan Oceanic there are a couple of 38's and I believe a 46 on the market. It is a Brewer design. I have looked at one and it was in very good shape. There is an owner's group panoceanic.net

Maybe Joshua will come up for sale again - Bernie did a lot of yoga on that boat
