I am selling my '67 Cal 34, good size with great headroom for living aboard and also a great sailor. Most mechanical systems recently fully renovated/replaced/upgraded. Check out my NY Craigslist ad: Cal 34 Mk. I sailboat - Make offer. Asking.

I have a Bristol 35 (Alden design) sloop, that is on the hard behind my house, in SW FL. Deck hardware is removed for painting. Interior needs paint and cushions.
I cruised for 7 years on her. 4 years solo. Easy handling boat.
Basic list:
Wheel steering, Furlex furling genoa, new main sail, propane stove, 12 volt fridge, pressure h/c water, auto pilot, anchors and rode, 75 gallons water/26 gallons diesel, Perkins diesel, electric windlass, multi anchor bow roller, pressure fresh and sale shower.

Located 1/2 mile from marina. $400 should get it trucked to the marina for launching.
Small house available for rent on property, for someone wanting to work on boat here.

Thinking 5K is a reasonable price. Would charter back for a month after it is refit if interested. Open to creative terms/offers.
