Want To Buy: Lagoon or Leopard 41 or up in charter business

I'm looking to buy a Leopard or Lagoon catamaran, or possibly some equivalents though I'm sure what else I would consider an equivalent at this time - maybe a Fountaine Pajot.

1) Must be owned by an entity which you are willing to transfer
IOW, I don't want to buy the boat - I want to buy your LLC or Corp that owns the boat along with any business interests associated with the boat

2) Prefer that the boat is in a continuing charter arrangement

3) Ideally with option to continue the charter arrangement, or alternative

My purpose is to continue this vessel in outside charter operations for 3-4 years, after which I'll privately operate the boat full time

Also open to sharing in an existing charter arrangement with an option to buy out at the end. I'll make a separate posting on this, as well.

Leopard 40 and up are close enough. Anything in this size range and style would be of interest to me.
