Want To Buy: Lagoon 420 - USA Gulf, Bahamas or Caribbean

My wife & I are looking for a private purchase of a Lagoon 420 preferably in the locations noted. We would like to complete a purchase by August or September 2015.

Will consider 3 or 4 cabin 420's. The list of options is not critical as I will add as needed. Generator and Air Conditioning are not required.

Cash buyer, no brokers please.

I have a 2007 Lagoon 420 owners version that I am planning on selling this year. I am currently in St. Thomas, USVI. She has never been chartered and is in very good condition. I think she is worth somewhere around $370,000, but a broker will take 10% from that so let's say $335,000 sold privately. If you are interested let me know ASAP as I will probably list her soon.
By the way she has a new water maker, Genoa, and anchor chain added this year, and has been very well maintained. She has a 21kw generator and air conditioning, among many other great features.
