Rhurst is a
catamaran in good condition - it has never been chartered. Kennex built boats from '87 to '97, overbuilt them, and they could not compete, but are well sought after now. She was built in 1994, has sailed once around the world, and is now laying in the
Caribbean. Rphurst is equipped and ready for
bluewater cruising and
liveaboard. Just bring your tooth brush and swim suit. Intended for
offshore as well as coastal cruising, she is both
seaworthy and fast, ideal for long term cruising. Sailing performance is excellent and easy to control, even when short or single-handed. Below decks, the airy
interior, generous
headroom, copious
storage space and abundant room make her an easy
boat to
live aboard for
extended cruising. I have cruised with her and lived aboard for 20 years, in the
Caribbean for more than 10 years with great pleasure. I am selling because I am wanting to start the next chapter of life. Rphurst is now sailing the
eastern Caribbean and is ready to go anywhere. I will be willing to sail with you for a week or a month or so to acquaint you with all of the systems. I really hate to let her go.
