Icom M700 and AT-120 tuner

I just upgraded my SSB installation with the M-802. My M-700 and AT-120 tuner were both working, I just wanted to upgrade.

I am offering my M-700, AT-120, microphone, both manuals, mounting bracket, power cable, and interconnection cables for $500 (plus actual shipping cost). The interconnection cables and RG-213 between the radio and tuner are 14 feet long and have the connectors installed.

These units were both working when I removed them in December, and they have been sitting in our guest room since. The Admiral would like to see our guest room cleaned up.

Re: Icom M700 and AT-120 tuner

Radio SN - 12715
Tuner SN - 11621

I bought the boat in Mexico five years ago, and the antenna lead in wire to the backstay was cut at the time. I replaced the wire, and the radio worked fine. I really didn't use it at the dock, as we were only going to Mexico 2-3 times a year. We moved the boat to Texas, and during the trip I used the radio to stay in contact with the Amigo net on the Pacific side, and to chat with some other cruisers. After we got through the canal, I used it to get weather reports from Chris Parker.

All in all, I haven't used it very much. The whole trip back home was about nine weeks, and that was the most I ever used it. Once I got back to Texas, I didn't do much more than tune to WWV a few times just to show some other boaters how to use their radios.

Let me know if you need more information.

I'm interested. Are the HAM bands unlocked?

Re: Icom M700 and AT-120 tuner

Looks like this is sold. If the deal falls through for whatever reason, I'll re-post.

Thanks to everyone for the views!
