I just picked up a couple FX125s. I did a little informal anchor-pull test. Not sure they were set properly though.

Just tested our two new FX-125 anchors - video

24volt 2300Watt windless

The windlass is a dual horizontal gypsey, single vertical capstan - gypsies are 12mm chain (about 1/2").
Not sure how it will handle 1/2" BBB. I used short time, with short length of 1/2" (not BBB) and it worked but skipped a bit.
But gypsies can be replaced.
Capstan was damaged during removal - requires replacement if required - vertical shaft can be removed if necessary.
The Brand is Leroy Sommers, I replaced with Lofrans Titan about $9,000:
Lofrans Titan B, White, Single Capstan, Dual Gypsy/LW565- Lofrans Heavy Lift Windlasses: Titan- Lofrans Heavy Lift Windlasses- Lofrans Windlass - DISCONTINUED
Has almost identical cut-sheet. Length, width, height, voltage, power are almost identical. mounting holes are slightly different.

36,000 BTU Heat Pump Chiller

Self Contained chiller unit. 230 Volt 50/60 Hertz.
Has about 7 fan coil units of various BTU's all 230 volt with electronic control unit and electronic thermostats.
Chilled water recirculating pump, and condenser water pump">raw water pump - 230 volt.
I had this system operating in cooling mode. And had my new diesel heater tapped into it for heating.
The pumps look very nasty - rusty etc. Chiller looks very good - ss frame.
Fan coil units are mostly ok - some have damage from "rough" removal.
Some of the controllers are missing - also due to rough removal...
One of the control unit cards was burnt - I received a quote of $500 just for the part.
This would be a project to get operating - The chiller is good - new pumps, and either use existing fan-coils without electronics, or new fan coils to suite vessel - @12v
