For Sale: Perkins 4-108

I have a rebuilt Perkins 4-108 with around 2000 hours for sale. It was running well this summer when I underwent a repower as part of a complete refit of an older sailboat. It appears to be original equipment on a 1982 Shannon Pilothouse. It was rebuilt in the 90's (not sure when) but engine hours are believed to be less then 2200.
It required no oil during the 1 1/2 years I had it including a trip from Florida. It did have a fuel pump leak and the fuel pump was completely rebuilt less then 30 hours ago. Has "newer" transmission (2006).
HAve box of spare parts as well. Some appear to be left over from rebuild. (starter, heat exchanger, etc) Some new.
Must pickup in Deltaville, VA. Boatyard will load in truck.
Will give to best offer that matches or beats reserve price.

That is the price someone will pay for the parts. I thought it might be better to sell to someone who wants to use it. It would be silly of me to tell you though.
