Boat has a new 9.8 4stroke Tohatsu,,,maybe 20 hours,,,motor mounted on a
home made STRONG bracket that does not wobble about in heavy weather.
Porta poti in enclosed head area,,originally a pump head but to large and i filled the
holes it needed to operate..
Garmin chart plotter/Standard vhf--ais combination (new) depth sounder (new)
3 auto pilots,,,wind gen....solar panel,,,epirb,,,hand held garmin gps,,,,,steiner bino's,,
2 fortress anchors,,,1 35lb cqr,,,,,50ft chain / 700ft rode,,,,very good sails plus storm
and Spin. ,,,,Harken fuller,,,,new 3D small inflatable dinghy,,,,gimbled Alcahol stove,,
I removed the sink to put this in,i would rather be able to make coffee in 25kts of wind
than wash dishes,,,,
Boat was painted Awlgrip off white 2 years ago,,bottom was painted at the same time
but needs doing again,,there's a gallon of Trinidad aboard for this,,,,,,,,,
New 6inch memory foam cushions were put in 2 years ago also.
Every bit of wire was removed and replaced.
Two new west marine 12volt deep cycle batteries,one year old
New canvas dodger and sail cover,,works gr8 i might add
All tools ,,electric and hand sstay with the boat,,,matter of fact,every thing except
clothing stays on the boat,,,even boats stores stay,,,,
Last time i looked there are no roaches or live stock aboard..
This boat has survived in weather where much larger boats have been calling for help
you will give up a long time b4 she does........
The cap rail needs to be replaced,,i did it 2 years ago but was sold a sheet of bad
timber,,still,its an easy job and has not stopped the boat from travelling..
Boat was built and displayed at the Anappollis 1983.
If you are more concerned with a practical sea boat and not a show pony,,this boat
is it,,she's neat and tidy but not a Gin boat.
