Accommodations
Forward Stateroom-Spacious V berth custom mattress that has been altered in length to fit someone 6’3”. The forward stateroom has good storage in lockers and can be closed off with a privacy door. Next aft is a well laid out head with separate shower stall (6’2” height.) Opposite to starboard is a hanging locker with shelf over. The salon area has a convertible dinette that becomes a double berth. Custom crafted hard wood cocktail table to port and and two seater that converts to settee bed to starboard. Outboard above the seats on both sides are shelves and cupboards. Microwave oven, and 18” Tv with separate Dvd Player and Antenna eras. Additional storage is behind and under all the settee cushions. A large overhead hatch provides ventilation. Stereo with remote, controls in and out stereo speakers. A fabulous warm fireplace with removal flu that is fueled with compressed wood logs.
A spacious L-shaped galley is located aft to the companionway along the starboard side, featuring good counter-space and excellent storage. Ice box/storage and large cold refrigerator with 12 volt fan and Cold plate. Wine storage area. Custom faux-granite Formica counter-top.
Opposite the galley to port is a large forward facing chart table with a private double berth aft. Sliding teak wood screen and door for privacy.
Boat comes with spares, seals, belts, impellers, fuses, o-rings etc.

The interior is bright and airy, with overhead hatches, and 7 Stainless steel opening port-holes. Headroom is 6'4". The interior is solid teak wood in perfect condition. The teak is oiled every year and still looks great.
