Edson 30 GPM manual pumps

I have four aluminum Edson pumps and you won't find a better built manual bilge pump. Three are unused and the other was previously installed on a boat. All are just the pump by themselves; no hoses, fittings, etc. The unused pumps are $185 and the used one is $160. All are in great shape. No dry rot and the one-way valves work properly. I can ship anywhere in the lower 48 for $35 per pump. I'm in the Hampton Roads area so can deliver locally. C'mon folks, Daddy needs a new laptop!! I need one so much, I'm even selling the one I had set aside for my boat.

Re: Edson 30 GPM manual pumps

Have the bronze version of these pumps. If you want a manual pump that will have a hope of staying ahead of a leak or pumping out water above the floor boards, these pumps are the bomb. They move a LOT of water quickly without a arm busting effort. These are serious pumps for serious situations.

Yep, these pumps are probably the best you can get when it comes to manual pumps. I now have three left; one used and two unused.

Re: Edson 30 GPM manual pumps

Hi John,

Is this the same pump you are selling: Edson 30 GPM Aluminum Manual Diaphragm Pump, Lever Action Bottom Inlet? If so, and you still have the unused pumps, please let me know. Shipping would be to CA.

Thanks,

Carliane

Re: Edson 30 GPM manual pumps

I have found that bildge water will make the rubber flap valve swell up until they will not hold a vacum and you loose prime. Cutting a little off the bottom of the flap solves the problem.
