If it's the Coral Harbor I know of it from when I lived there it was a failed housing development on canals on the remote most western end of the island in the middle of nowhere about as far from town as you can get.

Yes, this is in Coral Harbour and far (40 min) from downtown, but we are also 8 min from the airport. We also have a mini mart and a Dominos!! (Movin' on up)

We currently keep our 47 x 25 x 4 catamaran there as well as have had 2 other large cats at the same time. This is not meant to imply I'm looking to have more than one boat (other than my own) dockside at any one time. Although the dock is 100', the space on either end sticks out another 30'.

The deal is this: we are looking for a yachtee, similar mindset to our own, who is looking for easy affordable dockage during January. Costs would be limited to Electric usage ($10-25/day depending. Elec costs in Nassau is pretty steep. We have 20, 30, and 50amp available) And if you use the truck, gas.

We ask you to watch the property, feed the dogs (2) if they're not with us, and notify us if there are any issues. We also have a pool.

So, if this fits anyone's schedule or thereabouts...

PS We are easy to navigate with evening arrivals possible.

One more thing... We have had 3 "James Bond" movies film scenes on our road and Sean Connery refers to us in "Thunderball". The early scenes from "Casino Royale" were filmed directly across the road from us and many others were shot further up the beach (which is across the street).

Anna Nicole Smith purchased a house on our canal which you'll pass on your way here.

Walk 2 minutes up the road and you'll be at the "Sandbar" inn and beach bar.

This is "island-country" living.

PS: 25miles to Andros, 5 miles to "shark arena"
