Want to Rent: Dockage for 35 ft sailboat

Need and live aboard boat dock withing 45 min range from Perth Amboy.
Electric and water hookup.
Anyone with a dock outside their house suitable for a 5 ft keel would be great.

You may want to check out the marinas in Staten Island , tottenville has 2 and great kills has many.

Elizabeth nj may also be an option.
