Cruising Spinnaker (Asymmetric) for 28' boat

I have a brand new, never taken out of the bag Cruising Spinnaker made for an Islander 28. I've had it for 5 years and I'm not sure how long the previous owner had it but It's never been used or taken out of the bag. Since I've never taken it out and there is no tag on the bag, I don't know which loft made it.

Best offer, or what do you have to trade?

Do you have dimensions for the sail?

I've often wanted to experiment with an asym in light airs. Our mast is relatively short, though, as we have a balanced lug rig, so quite likely this sail is too tall for us. . . .

Re: Cruising Spinnaker (Asymmetric) for 28' boat

These numbers should be very close or exact.

From L36.com

Dimensions of Islander 28

Cruising Asymmetrical Spinnaker = 1.65 x JSP x ISP /2= 358 sq ft

Maximum Luff (.95 * sqrt (JSP^2 + ISP^2) = 36.7 feet

Maximum Girth = 1.8 * JSP = 21.2 feet

I'm not looking to get top dollar. The new ones seem to be priced over $1,500. I'll take a lot less.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, too tall for us.

I may just have to sew my own one of these days.

Is this sail still available? What are the colors? Does it come with sheets?
