We would look at project boats as well.

Constructed from corten steel, single screw.
Displacement: 15 metric tons
Robert Tucker Elizabethan cutter constructed from corten steel, single screw cutter rigged.
Fitted with a ford 80 hp 4 cylinder diesel engine, hydraulic steering with Vetus hydraulic autopilot, carvel built chinned hull of 5mm corten steel plate, the keel is formed of 6mm corten steel plate and is fitted with lead ballast, both deck and screen are 3mm steel. Overall length 40ft, built in 1980, mainsail with slab reefing, cutter rigged with Genoa and baby stay both fitted with furlex reefing, deep centre cockpit with cockpit cushions, sun awning and spray hood all recently replaced. Electric anchor winch-461b anchor 100mtrs chain, stern anchor-fisherman with warp. Extra - Danfort anchor with 45 m chain 14 mm.
The interior consists mainly of varnished timber and leather. The boat is laid out with a master cabin in the stern, a walk through companionway leading to a starboard gallery, chart table to port, main saloon with seating and storage port and starboard. Door leads to fore cabin area with small generator cabin and head to port, storage cupboard to starboard leading through to twin forecabin with v berth forward.
Centre table with drop down sides in main saloon, settees fitted all round with plenty of locker space, two water tanks fitted underneath seating, gallery kitchen with sink unit and calor gas cooker, two fridges (one of them gas/electricity, and the other one 12/220 V), and a large dumper locker.
Suitable vessel for serious cruising in good condition and ready for sailing.
